Yoga & Meditation at Jay Suites 34th Street Every Wednesday at 5:30pm:<\/b>
Come unwind from the daily grind with some relaxing meditation and complimentary yoga sessions starting this summer on our 7th floor rooftop terrace located at 31 W. 34th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenue. These complimentary sessions will continue every Wednesday throughout June and early July from 5:30pm-6:30pm. The late sessions make it possible to obtain stress relief after the strain of a busy workday without sacrificing precious sleep. The classes are dedicated to Meditation and Hatha Yoga. All sessions are meant for beginners and practicing yogis alike. <\/p>\n
Wednesdays: Meditation for Beginners<\/b>
\nMeditation is shown to improve concentration, reduce stress, promote focus and decrease anxiety. This hour long session includes explanation, meditation and discussion. <\/p>\n
Get things FLOW-IN – Open Level<\/b>
\nThis Hatha yoga class incorporates basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) to create awareness in the mind and body. Flexibility is not a requirement. Beginners are welcome. <\/p>\n
