- Pick your location/room. Browse our selection of premium New York conference rooms. Each room is equipped with high-quality technology and offers a professional atmosphere.
- Set the date and time. Put in your event’s timeframe. You can reserve rooms at our full or half-day rates.
- Add the number of event attendees. Specify the number of participants expected at your event. The number of attendees will determine the overall cost.
- Choose a room layout. Customize the room setup to suit your event’s needs. The layout options will depend on the room, but they can include theater, classroom, pods, boardroom, and reception setups.
