Until June 30, 2012, your company will receive a $500 credit towards your office rent when one of your referrals signs a 12-month lease at any Jay Suites’ location in Manhattan.

For every referral you send our way, we’ll send $500 your way if the referral signs a 12-month lease at any of our Jay Suites’ locations. No fine print or convoluted terms and conditions – simple, straightforward money for sending us more wonderful businesses that call our offices home.
The Details:
- Must be a current tenant to receive the referra
l fee - $500 will be deducted from your company’s rental invoice the month following referral signing
- Valid at any Jay Suites’ location on full time office rentals only

- Fifth Avenue (2 West 46th Street, @ Fifth Avenue)
