Here’s how it works: Tell your friends and colleagues about our flexible, all-inclusive office space at any of our 8 Manhattan locations. If they agree to a 1 year or longer contract from your referral, we’ll make a $500 donation to Toys for Tots (or a specified registered charity) as a token of our appreciation.
