We have announced our newest concept! Jay Conference will be opening in early 2019. Jay Conference was created to fulfill the needs of clients looking for cost effective meeting rooms, with the luxury and executive feel. Jay Conference will occupy the first three floors of 15 West 38th Streetth street, consisting of five large-scale conference room spaces, each having a distinct design.
Jay Conference will offer a unique experience to its competitors, with event planners on staff to accommodate their client’s needs. In addition to event planning services, Jay Conference offers top-level presentation technology, with on-site IT support staff. To provide an even more unique experience, Jay Conference will have a concierge on staff to tend to any guest’s needs.
Each conference will consist of old a Hollywood feel, named after historical icons, such as Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, and Audrey Hepburn. The five conference rooms will range in size; from fifty-person to over two-hundred-person occupancy. Each floor will have recharge areas, providing guests an area to mingle while enjoying top-level catering.
