Last July, we celebrated the new terrace by donating it to Maya’s Hope for their First Annual Volunteer Appreciation Party. Maya’s Hope, which is based at Jay Suites, is a non-profit that seeks to improve the quality of life of orphaned, impoverished and special-needs children on a global scale.
Maya moved into our space a year ago. It has been a particular pleasure to meet the dedicated volunteers who visit the office and see this fantastic organization grow. We gifted the outdoor terrace for this fundraiser because our goal is to see all our office suite members grow their businesses. Maya has done just that with countless hours of hard work. We hope to host more events for organizations that give so much to others.
Jay Suites have seven locations throughout Manhattan with office spaces that are fullycustomizable and have flexible leases. Members include small businesses who can easily scale their office space as they grow, entrepreneurs seeking a like-minded community, non-profits who need to maintain low overhead and large corporations like Royal Caribbean and Goldman Sachs who utilize the state-of-the-art conference rooms.
The outdoor terrace space can be rented for $500 an hour and will be available for corporate and networking events throughout the spring, summer and fall. As leaders in the rapidly growing industry of flexible office space solutions, we are thrilled to offer another distinctive Manhattan venue in their growing portfolio.
The addition of the outdoor rooftop terrace to our portfolio creates more opportunities for fundraisers, client or volunteer appreciation parties and networking events. The outdoor terrace is available for reservations from 11 AM to 8 PM. Individuals and event planners can now book the event space online.
